design, we operate under the following clear guidelines. By using our services, you agree to
these terms.
1. The Free Website Offer
Naija Free Websites provides professional web design services at zero cost for the initial
build. This service is designed to remove the financial barrier for startups. In exchange for
this free design, the client agrees to host the website through our managed infrastructure to
ensure security and performance.
2. Hosting Fees & Payments
While the design is free, all websites require hosting to remain live on the internet. Clients
are responsible for monthly hosting fees, which cover server maintenance, security updates,
and technical support.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made for hosting or additional premium services are
non-refundable after a grace period of 2-3 days from the date of payment. Once server
resources are allocated, costs are incurred.
3. Ownership & Transfer (1-Year Rule)
To protect our investment in your business, the following rules apply to site migrations:
• 12-Month Commitment: Because the website design was provided for free, the client
agrees to keep the website on our hosting servers for a minimum of one (1) year.
• Early Migration Penalty: If a client wishes to move their website to a different hosting
provider before the 1-year anniversary, a 'Design Release Fee' of N100,000 is required. This
fee compensates for the professional design hours initially provided at no cost.
• Post 1-Year: After 12 months of active hosting, the client may request a site migration
without any penalty fees.
4. Data We Collect
We collect information necessary to build your brand, including business names, contact
details, and media files. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your information is used
strictly for project communication and technical management.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all content (text and images) and for making timely
hosting payments. Failure to pay monthly hosting fees may result in temporary suspension
of the website until the account is settled.
